Vessel Walkthrough
Entering the Yacht on the starboard side by the boarding ladder (that can also be used on the Port side) you enter the Pilothouse. Nice large bench seat in front of the ships wheel and complete array of instrumentation. On the starboard side forward, there is a stairway that goes down the bow where you will find to the right a door of beautiful teak door to the forward VIP Stateroom. The current owner has renamed this as the Starfish Stateroom with updated decorations. The Stateroom had updated flat screen TV, Stereo and DVD/CD player. Private head with shower, sink and vacuum head. Updated light fixtures throughout the boat to LED so less draw while on the hook.
Going back out of the VIP room you go aft through the door into the Second Galley (on Starboard side of Yacht). There is a bench seat with a table as well as two burner Stove and Microwave. Going further on that side there is a SS Sink and stackable Washer and Dryer. Small Refrigerator is across from the sink. At the end of the Galley toward the aft of the boat there is a soundproof door to the Engine room. There is another door to the right as you come into the Galley where you will find the Crews quarters bunk Beds. Lots of storage is in this Stateroom as well a full private Head. Custom shelves have been made to store parts and tools.
Taking a left from the door you entered the Pilothouse puts you in the main Galley. The Galley has everything you would expect in a quality yacht with storage on the starboard wall along with Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Corian “U” shaped countertop with cabinets on Port wall and Pilothouse wall. The 3-section sink is on the counter under the pass-through opening into the Dining room. This opening has a Quartz shelf just above the sink. Looking through the opening looking aft you see the Dining room and Teck built in storage coming from the Port wall.
In this cabinet you will find a new Denon Stereo system with Blue Tooth and access to the Satellite TV. There is a Wine rack is also on Port wall. If you walk from the Galley into the Dining room, there is a large glass Table that will handle 8 without any trouble. Along the Starboard mirrored wall there is a beautiful Teck sliding door. This door goes to the stairs to the upper deck and Fly Bridge. There is also a Day Head just inside and is very convenient, all six heads floors have been replaced with black granite and white marble floors in a beautiful weave pattern. Walking aft along the mirrored wall you will come to the Wet Bar with an Ice Maker under the sink. Staying on the Starboard side there is a classy Stairway going down to the Master Stateroom and another Stateroom owners calls the “Palm room.” Standing by the stairway looking aft there is a large Salon with 55” Sony TV and DVD on the starboard side, sliding glass door to the Deck outback, decorative Brass Artist End Table, “L” shape sectional that will hold six comfortably. In front of that sectional there is a Brass Artist coffee Table.
Going aft from the Salon to the large, covered deck you will enjoy watching the dolphins play in the water or eat on the table with five adjustable chairs and a bench seat all covered with Black and Gray Sunbrella. This deck also has an AC unit for cooling or heat if needed, the sides have large sliding Glass windows, but the back is open to Mother Nature. There are dimmable lights in the ceiling that can be turned off then back on to change the color to Blue. There is also a Chest freezer to use for those long offshore trips. Spiral Staircase that goes down to the large swim platform with two custom Stainless-Steel railings have been added for safety and they can be relocated to any of the three mounting positions. To the starboard side of the swim platform there is a swim ladder. There is easy access to the water filters and water fill as well as a hot/cold faucet for washing down after getting out of the water.
Going back to the Dining room take the door to the convenient Day Head and stairs leading up there is a closet that holds the Central Vacuum System and miscellaneous storage. Steeping out onto the upper deck there is a sink and Propane Grill under a protective cover. Custom drawers and large cabinet door for storage of the Propane tanks and garbage can. Walking to Port and forward you find the Fly Bridge. There are three swivel Captain chairs covered in black/gray Sunbrella with custom boat name sewed into the fabric. Just behind these chairs is a large bench seat with the same Sunbrella fabric. This bench sits up high so you can have a good view. Under this bench seat there are two refrigerator bends that hold whatever you want to keep cold. The current owner uses it as their Beer/Wine Cooler. This area is covered with new canvas to keep you out of the sun and dry from the elements. Going aft back to the stair way you will find two very large “L” shaped bench seats for sunning and relaxing in the sun large enough for 8 people to relax under the Stars or Sun. Just past the bench seats is where the 14-foot Novurania MX430DL dinghy with 50 hp 4 stroke Honda outboard is stored. There is a Dock box on the Port side to store items. On the aft Port corner, you find the Marquipt low profile Davit that makes for easy moving the dinghy up and down.
Going back downstairs and to the stairways by the Wet Bar you will find the way to two large Staterooms. Turn right into the “Palm Room” at the bottom of the stairs. This stateroom is beautifully decorated and had a Queen size bed that can also be turned into two Twins when slid apart on the metal rails. As with all other staterooms it has its own Private Head with shower. Teak wood surrounds you with a mirrored wall as headboard. Beautiful cabinets with four large drawers for storage are between the bed and the head. Closets are convenient on Port wall at the foot of the bed. As in all other staterooms flat screen TV as well as DVD/CD player and stereo are conveniently located by the bed. This room is ready for your special guest.
Going aft you will find a jewel of a Master Stateroom. Standing at the door looking back into the room you will see on the Starboard side pull out selves covered by a mirrored doors with a new mini refrigerator at the bottom. An “L” shaped Closet is in the corner following aft down the wall with teak built in cabinets with drawers. The cabinets go all the way down the starboard wall to the door to the Starboard Head. To the right of the entry door to the stateroom are more closets all the way over to the Port wall. The Port wall starts out with bench seat that has bed covered in a nautical fabric pattern. More cabinets run down the Port walls as it does to Starboard ending at the Port Head. Yes, there are TWO Heads in the Master Stateroom …. his and hers…. with a Large Jacuzzi Tub/Shower separating them that will fit both Him and Her. New black Granite and white Marble tile floors are at your feet. The King size bed has a new mattress that can be turn over for a different firmness. Above the bed is a framed in area that has lights and Mirrors. At the foot of the bed a custom-made desk is made to sit on top of two file drawers. There is a Stereo and TV for your entertainment.
This Yacht has been enjoyed by the current owner as a Live-A-Board, if it weren’t for health issues it would not be on the market now. There have been thousands spent on upgrades for comfort and design. It was also used as a BnB (Offshore BnB) Dock side only, owner willing to sign over the BnB name to new owner. Being a full body Yacht design gives you much more space on the inside, especially in the Salon. There is still room outside to move around with the walking area and safety handrail. Riding in the Bow bench seat while under way is a joy and the high solid sides give additional sense of security. The Yacht cuts through the water with ease making the ride very comfortable. This Yacht comes with a big inventory of parts such as two spare Props, water filters, oil filters, fuel filters, water pumps, grounding zincs for Bow Thruster and propeller shaft, freshwater pump. Complete set of tools, Compressor with 100 feet of air hose with two regulators, Weather station in Salon, two tandem Kayaks that will fit two adults and a child each, many more items to enjoy but too many to list. HVAC’s have been replaced in two back Staterooms as well as compressor in the Main Salon. 8 New 8D AGM Batteries (4 for Bow and Stern Thruster, 2 for House and 2 for Starting engines). TracVision 4 Satellite TV as well Trac Phone F33 satellite communication system.
