Description
The Baltic 35 is a fast, handy and comfortable racer-cruiser. Her design and layout make her easy for a family crew to handle, and she was amazingly roomy and comfortable below decks. The fine waterline guaranteed speed to windward, even in choppy seas. Special care had been taken to design the section and distribution of displacement to optimize performance and handling characteristics.
The Baltic 35 was the first serial production yacht built by Baltic where the Naval Architecture was done by
Judel/Vrolijk. The Baltic 35 was developed in 1984 at a time when Judel/Vrolijk had established themselves as
successful racing designers.
"Rhumbline" has been well maintained featuring new teak decks, recent bottom job, great sail inventory, and
a rare winged shoal draft, 4 foot, designed by the original designers.
She is a fast racer/cruiser that will not disappoint!

Al has been on the water since the age of 5 growing up around Newport R.I. and sailing in the Southern New England coast. Some of his passions are boat building, along with sailboat racing. In 1997 he relocated to the Tampa Bay and joined the St Petersburg Power Squadron, Davis Island Yacht Club, Cruising Club of America, and the Seven Seas Cruising Association with the goal of offshore cruising. As a delivery Captain, holding a 100ton Coast Guard license and sailing endorsement, Al has had the opportunity to operate a variety of power and sailing watercraft that allowed him to gain an excellent understanding of the working systems on a vessel. He has motored and sailed boats ranging from 8 feet to 60 feet from Maine to the southern Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico. With his lifetime involvement with boats, he is ready to assist you in the purchasing or selling of your vessel in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
